Children at Worship
Children are welcome here!
A NURSERY for children aged 0-4 is provided during services, although little ones are always welcome in the sanctuary while we worship.
A CHILDREN'S SERMON is shared during the worship service. See sample Children's Sermons here. If attending in person, children aged 4-6 are invited to leave the sanctuary aster the Children's Sermon to participate in CHILDREN'S CHAPEL.
Our children serve as ACOLYTES by lighting the candles on the altar and quenching them at the end of the service. The symbolism is clear event to youngsters - our children bring the light of God into our sanctuary at the start of the services, and return that light back to the world when we are finished.
From time-to-time, our YOUNG PLAYERS and YOUNG SINGERS help dramatize the Sunday message during worship services.
