Meals on Wheels (www.imgh.org) allows more than 5,000 seniors in greater Houston to remain independent and in their own homes by providing nutritious, home-delivered meals. The program is sponsored by Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston and operates in conjunction with the Harris County Area Agency on Aging. Each meal includes an entree, two vegetables, bread, milk and whole fruit or dessert.
